Make diagonal cuts on both

Ingredients:
Make diagonal cuts on both sides of fish. • Marinate fish with salt and pepper. • Leave for 15 minutes. • Mix ginger, onion, fish sauce, light soy sauce, chillies, sesame oil and pepper then put them on top of fish. • Steam for 15 minutes or until fish is cooked. • Garnish with spring onion. • Serve hot with steamed rice. You can also use any fish fillet (pangasius fillet, tilapia fillet, tongue sole fillet, redfin snapper fillet) if you prefer not to use a whole fish for this recipe.
